Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for Digital Products (eBooks)

All eBooks and digital downloads sold on AMK E-Books are normally non-refundable because products are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned'.
 

Exception Failed delivery / faulty file: If your download link fails, file is corrupt, or the product is not as described, email us at contact@amkebooks.com within 7 days of purchase with order details and a brief description. We will investigate and either: (a) resend the correct file, or (b) issue a refund where appropriate.
 

Cancellation:

Orders are processed immediately after payment. Cancellation of digital orders is not possible after download/link delivery. If no download link was generated and you request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, we will consider cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
 

Refund Method & Timeline:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider/bank.
