To ensure transparency, authenticity, and smooth collaboration, all authors and content creators are required to strictly adhere to the following guidelines before submitting their e-books for publication.
Author Identity & Verification
- The author must submit the following details via email along with the book content:
- Full Name (as per Government ID)
- Profession
- Complete Address
- Valid Government ID Proof (scanned image/photo to be attached)
- The author name mentioned in the book and submission email must exactly match the name on the Government ID proof.
Unauthorized Submissions
- E-books submitted by unauthorized persons will not be considered for publication.
- Content submitted under a name that does not match the Government ID proof will be rejected without further notice.
Originality & Copyright Compliance
- The submitted book content must be original and created by the author.
- The content must not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- If AI tools are used partially or fully in creating the content, the author must clearly disclose and specify this at the time of submission.
- Plagiarized or copyrighted material will lead to immediate rejection and possible blacklisting.
Publishing Consent
- By submitting the book, the author formally grants AMK E – Books consent to publish, market, distribute, and sell the e-book through its platform and associated channels.
Responsibility for Content Queries
- Any queries, concerns, or clarifications raised by readers regarding the book content must be addressed by the author.
- The author’s email ID will be displayed in the book description for communication purposes.
Author-Ready Business Plan & Revenue Sharing
- Authors enrolled under the Author-Ready Business Plan will receive:
- 60% revenue share per sale
- Revenue will be calculated after deducting platform service charges and applicable TDS
- Key terms:
- Sales calculation: Monthly
- Detailed monthly sales report will be emailed to the author
- Payout frequency: Once per month
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000 per month
Book Withdrawal Policy
- If an author wishes to remove their book from the AMK E – Books bookshelf, a formal request email must be sent to contact@amkebooks.com
- Book removal will be processed as per platform policy timelines.
Watermark Policy
- All published e-books will carry an official AMK E – Books watermark to ensure content protection and brand authenticity.
Content Review & Approval
- Every submitted book will undergo a review process by the AMK E – Books expert team.
- Only after successful review and approval will the book be listed on the bookshelf for purchase.
Pricing Guidelines
- The selling price of the e-book must be fixed within the range of: ₹50 to ₹200 per copy
- Final pricing will be mutually agreed upon during the approval process.
Book Description Requirement
- Authors must provide a clear, concise, and engaging short description of the book.
- The description must:
- Not exceed 250 words
- Accurately reflect the book content
- Be suitable for use on the product listing page
Submission Format
- The e-book must be submitted in one of the following formats:
- Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx)
- PDF format
Quality & Presentation Standards
- The content must be:
- Error-free (grammar, spelling, and formatting)
- Neatly structured and professionally laid out
- Ready for digital reading and publishing
- Poorly formatted or low-quality submissions may be returned for revision or rejected.
Final Note
AMK E – Books reserves the right to accept or reject any submission that does not comply with the above guidelines. Submission of content implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
